For security reasons, users cannot change their email directly in the dashboard. To update your email, send a request to support@klipy.com from your current registered email address. Please include your request and the new preferred email address you wish to use.

Yes, you can change your username. Go to Profile > Account Settings . Enter your desired username and click Save Changes . Note that the new username must be unique and not currently used by another creator.

Your email address is the primary proof of ownership on KLIPY. If you cannot access your email to verify your identity, we are unable to restore your account password. We recommend creating a new KLIPY account to continue using our features.

To terminate your KLIPY account, navigate to Profile > Account Settings. Select the Channel Information tab and scroll down to the "Deactivate Account" button. Clicking this will permanently remove your personal data from our system, However, content and its information uploaded to your account might still be visible on KLIPY for users who search for and share content. If you don’t want us to keep your content on KLIPY, please email us at creators@klipy.com .

No. Once you delete your account on KLIPY, all account data (except the content) will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account.
